WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN

there where questionable stains on our bed and the first floor room we stayed on had no privacy/blackout window curtains, people could see into our first floor room and it was impossible to block out the parking lot lights i can’t forget to mention how bad our room smelled, almost like a full gallon of strong disinfectant was poured throughout the room. IKD how I’m supposed to fall asleep when I can see everything in our parking lot

This is our second stay here. The staff are fantastic and our only issue is out of the control of the staff. We were reminded of the no smoking policy only to enter a hallway that smelled like cigarettes and an elevator that reeked of marijuana. Upon our return from dinner, air fresher had been sprayed which made it slightly better.

Comfort with no frills, butt that’s what We neede.

The internet was down so check in took a long time. The gentleman at the desk was able to get our room assignment on his cell phone. Everything else was fine.

Was not happy with our stay at all. Room was very dated, not clean. Bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The TV stand had two burn marks. The coffee maker had a lot of dust on top. Everything that was metal, lamps, shower soap holder... was completely rusted. We were on our way home to NJ and wanted to stay overnight close to the highway on a clean room. Cleanliness is most important to me. After the experience with the room, we did not want to eat the breakfast served. Kitchen could not have been clean. I could not wait to leave the next morning. We will not be staying at Comfort Inn again.

Booked a room on Expedia, but when we got to the hotel, they were out of rooms. Phones have not worked tried calling the number dozen times in ringing. Still haven’t received a refund due to them not having a room.

The building is right next to free way and if you end up in a room with not very good sound proofing you might be bothered by traffic noise at night. Having said that it is a small town motel, with nice staff and decent amenities. The rooms are big and spacious. Stayed there for a night would suggest if you need to spend a night while traveling.
