Welcome to Monroe Manor. This newly remodeled four-bedroom home offers plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. This home features 4 bedrooms. 3 on the main level and one in the finished basement. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed and an ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, and bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed. Both share a bathroom. The living room is equipped with a pullout full-size sofa sleeper. The 4th bedroom area is equipped with three full-size beds and a full bathroom. There is also a seating area in the basement with a 70-inch TV to hook up the kid's video games, a ping-pong table, and plenty of board games! Or just fire up the grill, sit on the covered back balcony while drinking your favorite coffee or adult beverage, and let the kids swim in the pool. No matter what you choose, you’re going to love it here. Located just a block from Lake Michigan and just minutes from downtown, Heating of the pool is an additional $75 a day.
