Our pool is heated to the upper 80s throughout the season, from May 1 through October 20
Enjoy the space and amenities of a much larger cottage while renting only the bedroom you need. This is our 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage offered as a spacious 1-bedroom, 2-bath rental. When rented as a 1-bedroom, the second bedroom is simply locked off—you still enjoy the cottage's large living, dining and recreation areas and both bathrooms.

The private king bedroom and two full bathrooms make this an especially comfortable choice for a couple or small group looking for more room than a typical one-bedroom rental.

The spacious hardwood-floor living area features comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, pool table and large screen Smart TV. Large windows overlook the yard and pool, with views toward Lake Michigan. A high-top dining table provides another great spot to enjoy the view.

Step outside to your deck with outdoor seating and a natural-gas grill for dining and relaxing. The heated pool and pool house are just steps away. The pool house includes ping pong and a half bath.

And best of all, Lake Michigan and the sandy beach at Packard Park are directly across the street. We provide beach chairs, beach towels and pool items for your stay.

HEATED POOL
The pool is open May 1 through October 20 and heated to the upper 80s throughout the season. The pool, pool house and outdoor amenities may be shared with guests staying in the other residences at Sundance North Shore Estate, depending upon occupancy.

Loved the cottage and thank you Marta for the treats : ) Quiet and comfortable with public beach access across the street this property offers a cozy stay for families or travelling singles.

NOT pet friendly. They will come up in your search of a pet friendly place and then hit you with a $150 fee when you leave stating dogs aren’t allowed. Place has weird decor-you have to see for yourself- and the trees bang against the window all night. Beach is across the street and full of garbage. Not their fault but seeing dirty diapers and litter really didn’t make for a nice view. They also allow other guests to have dogs and don’t require them to pick up the dog poop so I stepped in others dogs poop twice. The place is cute but the owner will get more money any way possible. Don’t get your makeup on their towels or sheets either- signs everywhere warning about that. Also- pool is NOT year round. That was advertised wrong as well.
