All the staff were helpful and friendly, especially Lynnda. She kept the breakfast area stocked and clean and added pleasant friendly conversation as well. The breakfast had a good selection.

The breakfast in the morning was a nice selection that Lynnda kept stocked and hot throughout the breakfast times. She made pleasant conversation while she worked and was a nice and friendly addition to the already good staff.

The staff was amazing, the young man working the late shift had a smile on his face anytime I saw him. He was very helpful and friendly. Hotel itself was spotless and comfortable. 10 out of 10 experience. Will definitely stay here if I’m in the area again.

Very clean, and quiet. We requested a room on the back side away from the not busy road/highway Comfy beds, and window opened so we could enjoy the fresh mountain morning air. Mixed nicely with the delicious aroma of breakfast wafting up from the free hot breakfast below. It was the final stay in a National Parks vacay, and it wins over GCNP lodge, Painted Desert and more. Helpful staff and nearby Ramon’s had yummy food until pretty late.

Ryan did a great job of getting us checked in! Just remember the staff leaves the desk at 1000pm and then you can check in with the kiosk. Anything else can be coordinated ahead of time
