The location of the house is great. We loved the view of the water we got to enjoy every day. Plus it’s just a short drive from Main Street in South Chatham, the Nantucket ferry on Harwich, and sunsets on Skaket beach or Rock Harbor. We enjoyed the fire pit and boating on the lake too. Perfect spot for a family.

Everything and More!This house and location is absolutely perfect! I stay in a lot of VRBO rentals and the house is one of the best! And, to make the whole Cape Cod, Nantucket experience even more perfect was the perfect pond right behind the house! Smooth as glass, darling lily pads, tucked into the most perfect cove! I can’t wait for the next time!!

We loved our stay! The house is close to town and located on a dreamy pond that was perfect for kayaking and canoeing. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway

The house is well appointed with comfy beds, beautiful views. We took long canoe rides, easy to go downtown for shopping, and great location for exploring the Cape Cod beaches. Super host came by to bring extra laundry detergent and left us a lovely gift basket, complete with a nice bottle of wine. Would definitely stay here again

My husband and I enjoyed a 4 day stay in this beautiful home for our 25th wedding anniversary trip to Cape Cod. Adam, the host, was easy to communicate with and was very timely in his response to our questions. He and his wife, Marta, even left us a welcome basket full of Cape Cod goods, an anniversary card, and a bottle of wine! It was such a thoughful touch to our trip. The home is very clean, with all the amenities needed to make it a comfortable and relaxing stay. It's location is central to all the tourist attractions throughout the Cape which we were so thankful for because no matter what side of the Cape we wanted to tour, we were at max 1 - 1 1/2 hours from by car. It is also minutes from the Harwich port where you can get on a ferry to go to Nantucket. It's also only 30 minutes from Hyannis where you can get on a ferry to go to Martha's Vineyard. Overall, we were very impressed with this home, and will definitely stay here again when traveling to Cape Cod in the future.

My family and I had a great time at Adam’s house! We enjoyed paddle boarding out onto the pond, sitting by the campfire, and utilizing the grill to cook. The location was very convenient to pop into the center of Chatham or get to a nearby beach. We would certainly stay again!

Beautiful house!

Great house located in Chatham, Ma. Everything was perfect, from communicating with the owner till check out. The house is perfectly distributed and has great things Iike canoe, kayak and fire pit. Will 100% recommend this place and will plan to come back. Thanks!

The perfect weekend at the Cape!

Adam’s place was even better than the photos and was the perfect place to stay for our long weekend on Cape Cod! The house had everything we needed over the weekend and more. The view of the pond was beautiful and our group loved the option of taking out the paddle board or kayak for some time on the water. Adam was extremely accommodating and responded very quickly. I highly recommend that this place and hope to stay here again for my next trip to the Cape!

Comfortable, great location

Our family had a wonderful stay in Adam’s home. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve had in our many rentals. The home is centrally located and near several beaches. We loved the view of the pond and took advantage of the equipment offered. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor shower was enjoyable. Adam was exceptionally attentive to questions. We highly recommend this property:

This house was really wonderful. Clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed. It is a great location with an incredible view. We had planned on exploring the pond with the kayak and canoe provided, but it was too rainy, and we were occupied with events for a family wedding. We would stay there again! thank you so much.

We had a great time. The house was so nice and well equipped with all the things to make our vacation more relaxing. The view from the master bedroom was amazing! We grilled at home some nights and mornings with the incredible view of the pond, which was so beautiful. We also made smores around the fire pit. The home was also conveniently located, and easy drive to several beaches, the grocery store and to the town of Chatham, which was so cute! The view of the pond from the property is so beautifuThe kayak and the canoe were so fun too!! My family loved it!

Cape Cod weekend

Very nice and quaint house with an awesome lake view. It has everything you need. Canoe and kayak for the lake, nice grill with all the grilling utensils. Kitchen has all pots, pans, plates, etc…. An ice chest is on hand for to take to the beach. Short easy drive to downtown Chatham and the beach. Highly recommend this house. It was perfect for our trip.

Great Girls Getaway

Adam was the perfect host! After a very long drive from the airport we arrived and were so happy to see a bottle of wine and a bag of Cape Cod chips waiting for us. The home was just as promised in the pictures and descriptions and we truly enjoyed our time. My only caution is there isn’t a bedroom on the main floor so it will be a challenge if you have any mobility issues.

Wished we could stay longer

We visited shortly before July 4th as a family of five with high school and college aged kids. We are first timers on the Cape, visiting from California. We all loved the central location and the peaceful setting on the lake. Kayaks and canoes were a nice perk as was the private pond.Communication was great with host Adam from the time we booked, and we appreciated the food and activity recommendations. House was well stocked with everything we could have wanted for our vacation, including board games, beach chairs, and a good selection of spices for cooking. We all wished we could stay longer, but sadly, we could not. Would definitely stay here again if we return to New England.
