Paddleboard and sunfish also available for your use. Short walk down a peaceful, deeded path to beautiful Cockle Cove beach on the Nantucket Sound. Ride bikes to the CC Rail Trail less than a mile away. A/C units in both bedrooms and living area to keep you cool and Wifi and three flat screen TVs to keep you connected. Recent upgrades, new furnishings, and new half bath. Relax on the brand new deck overlooking tranquil Taylor's Pond.
