Cape Cod in June

This is an excellent home & our 2nd time staying here. Tim’s a great host. We will definitely stay here for our next trip to the Cape. Location is perfect, house is very clean, comfortable & includes all the things you need for a great stay.

Perfect 10!

Good Tides is a perfect 10! The house, host, and location is perfect. The host has an amazing document that covers everything related to house, area and things to do. We have been coming to Cape for the past few years and this is the best house we ever stayed in.

Tim and Megan’s house worked well for our group of 3. Plenty of amenities - paper/picnic products, soaps, spices, W/D (in basement) with laundry supplies, beach chairs and towels, paddle board, corn hole, etc. etc. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. Great outdoor patio area with grill. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful communicators. Had a minor repair on front door that Tim attended to quickly. Thank you Tim and Megan!

Great Week in Chatham

We had a great stay at Good Tides! Even before we arrived, Tim reached out to us to make sure we had all the necessary information, and he checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was exactly as advertised, clean and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to go back!

Great house and owner, looking forward to renting again!

We've been doing 1 week rentals in Chatham for over 10 years and I have to say that this has been one of the best rentals. The house is in great condition, with many amenities such as bikes (3), beach chairs (at least 6), umbrellas (at least 4), gas grill, coal grill, paddleboard, and yard games! Tim is quick to respond with any question (there were no issues/problems). What a great vacation! Tim, thank you so much!

We will be back!

Such a beautiful home! There was plenty of space on the property and there was everything you could imagine available. The host was very helpful. There was even a welcome gift left which was completely unexpected and such a nice gesture! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back especially since it was 15 mins from all of our favorite spots in the Cape!

Great place, great vacation!!!

The Burn’s family have a beautiful home in a beautiful location close to everything. We stayed a week. Spent 2 days on beach, one day on Nantucket,1 day whale watching, 1day traveling and exploring the coastline, 1day in state park. Not enough time to do it all and will be back and will stay here!!! Perfect location, very accommodating and easy to work with family. So many extras… beach gear, towels, bikes, grill, large capacity washer/dryer. It was only me and my daughter but have already discussed making this an annual get away with family. Lots of room! Loved the entire experience. Thank you Burns family. Very grateful for the memories ☺️

Great house close to beaches

We loved staying here - it had all the amenities we needed! The back patio was a favorite hangout for breakfast and dessert. Great location close to many local beaches and downtown Chatham. We hope to come back again!
