The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer for your convenience. The comfortable living room furniture is perfect for movie night and the pool table is awaiting the family challenge! The fully equipped kitchen provides all the utensils and supplies you will need to cook a big meal or a quick snack. You can choose to eat at the kitchen island, on the main dining table or outside on the picnic table. The Blackstone grill (seasonal) on the back patio is ideal for those early morning breakfasts! Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please do not strip beds but leave unmade if they were used. Place used towels on the washer. Adjust thermostat to 72°F. in summer/68 in winter.

Please sign out of all streaming services on all TVs. Please place all remotes in their proper location.

Please gather trash and dispose in dumpster across the back driveway beside the small gray building. Let us know if anything was damaged or not working properly.

Please do not throw any items into the pond or wade in the pond. Please supervise children near the pond, hot tub, fire pit and grill.

Fires in the firepit area only. Please no candles or other fires. Absolutely NO SMOKING, VAPING, or DRUG USE including Marijuana, inside or outside.

Shower before entering hot tub. Cover hot tub when not in use. No creams, oils, lotions or objects in hot tub. Use gray towels only. No smoking.
