Great house and that pool!

The entire house was amazing & i could write a book about it. A great house for extended family vacation, with q lot of bedrooms with sleeping extra for parents with young kids who want to sleep in with them and there are several sitting areas in the house so everybody can spread out.... it was such a pleasure will probably go back!

Amazing family friendly hideaway

Lots of areas to spread out. Great pool. The host was very responsive. Gave us some great tips on restaurants and beaches. Would definitely come back to this property was loved by all ages from 5 years to adults. Thanks Matt!!!!

Lots of space and a lovely pool

We enjoyed our stay very much. There is so much inside space for people to spread out. The kitchen is very large, allowing for many people to be cooking at the same time. The pool was the highlight- loved that it was salt water. Communication with host was simple and straightforward.

Family memories made in South Berwick!

Our whole family, 10 of us, enjoyed our week in South Berwick very much. We swam every day, even in the rain, games were played, hikes were taken, meals were enjoyed, and memories were made. Our hosts were lovely, super responsive, and the house was charming. Thank you, John and family.

The house was large enough for 9 adults and 3 children. We had plenty of space to spread out or be together. The pool area is a great space for kids! The house is not far from downtown and the beach. Overall we enjoyed the house.

Cozy retreat

Cabin was large,clean,and spacious. Pool was a selling point. It was very hot the week we stayed. One bedroom on first floor had no air conditioning which was not mentioned on listing. Master bathroom shower handle kept coming loose which made water too hot to use. Also listing did not mention other guests staying on property as well with pets.

Great memories

A wonderful place for family to enjoy, relax, and make good memories. Pool was great especially with small children. Plenty of space to enjoy each other yet if anyone wanted some peace and alone time there was room for that too. A little trouble with one AC but the owners were quick to fix the problem. No AC in one room and limited towels. Needed to wash and dry towels daily. 15 minute drive to downtown Ogunquit was quick and easy. We would definitely consider renting this home again. Thank you John and your family for letting us stay at your place and create wonderful memories.

Great Place to Gather with Family!

My husband and I stayed here with my brother and his family (including two kids) plus my elderly parents. What a wonderful place to gather for quality family time! The pool area is private and lovely - with brand new umbrellas for all-important shade during the summer. The hot tub was also relatively new and high quality. The location is beautiful - and pretty close to Ogonquit. We would definitely stay at this magical house again!
