Convenient location to Saint Mary's and Notre Dame. We even walked to a concert at Notre Dame Stadium. Yes it was a bit of a walk but for sure made it back before most could get out of parking lot or get an Uber.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We were in town with our young adult children for a football game and the house was perfect for us. The location is great, the decor (Go Irish!) was perfect and the bedding and towels were of high quantity and comfortable. We enjoyed a delightful stay at The Nook. The location / proximity to our family living in the area was the primary reason we wanted to stay in the Triangle neighborhood. This was the perfect house for our stay. We had a competition at Notre Dame all week. It was very close and in a quiet very nice neighborhood. It is decorated well, and spares no detail. Very clean. Communication with owner was perfect and very friendly . We will be staying here next year and anytime we come to the South Bend area.

We had an easy stay. Close to campus, but a quiet neighborhood. Nicely upgraded kitchen and baths. New clean beds.Didn’t get a chance to utilize the basement, but would have been a great place to hang out with a group of friends.Super friendly host! This one will be on our list for future stays.

Perfect for us!

We stayed for one night in South Bend as a group of three couples attending a wedding in nearby Michigan, and this home was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was clean, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The space was larger than expected, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy their time together without feeling cramped. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and we really appreciated how easy and smooth the entire experience was. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area — 5 out of 5 stars!
