Beware!

At about 6pm the day of our stay the hotel called us to say they were overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. I was not given an explanation other than that. We were already in South Bend and minutes from checking in. Would not recommend.

We stayed with my son and his friends for his 14th birthday party, and we were pleased from check in to check out. The rooms were clean and next to each other as requested. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The breakfast in the morning was perfect for all of our hungry boys. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting south bend. We will absolutely be staying here again.
