Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien reçus par la personne en charge d’accueillir les vacanciers, trĂšs prĂ©venante tout au long du sĂ©jour. Malheureusement cela ne peut rien retirer Ă  la vĂ©tustĂ© du studio, malgrĂ© l’effort de propretĂ© : odeur de renfermĂ© et d’humiditĂ©, traces noires sur les murs (moisissures nettoyĂ©es), papier peint dĂ©collĂ©, moisissures dans la salle d’eau. Il n’y avait pas de photos de la salle d’eau, cela mĂ©riterait pourtant. TrĂšs exiguĂ«, rideau et pomme de douche Ă  changer. Un studio est louĂ© au 1re Ă©tage de la maison, mais l’insonorisation du plancher n’est pas celle d’un appartement, malgrĂ© la discrĂ©tion de la famille prĂ©sente Ă  l’étage. Les Ă©quipements sont anciens mais fonctionnels. La literie est bonne (matelas rĂ©cent), le lit d’appoint est un clic-clac. Bref, cela mĂ©riterait une bonne rĂ©novation et l’installation d’une vraie VMC. Pour ce qui est de la situation, c’est parfait, Ă  deux pas de la plage. Et la terrasse est Ă  l’ombre le matin et le soir, c’est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable.

Super Lage zum Strand in muffiger Unterkunft

Soulac ist immer eine Reise wert. Leider war die Unterkunft es nicht unbedingt. Insgesamt alles vorhanden,inklusive Ungeziefer, aber Herd, Waschmaschine und ĂŒbrige Ausstattung sind mehr als rostig ĂŒberaltert. Positiv ist die eigene kleine ruhige Terrasse und die NĂ€he zum Strand.

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour Accueil trÚs sympathique de la dame qui gÚre la location sur place et qui en plus est trÚs serviable. Beau petit appartement fonctionnel. TrÚs bien situé : 100 m environ de la plage et moins d'1 km de la ville.

Proche de tout

TrĂšs bonne accueil de la personne qui accueille les Vacanciers.(agrĂ©able, gentille, soucieuse de notre bien-ĂȘtre). La location est proche de la plage, et pro che des commerces. J'ai apprĂ©ciĂ© la propretĂ© du logement Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Seul bĂ©mol la douche trop petite. Peut-ĂȘtre une cabine douche serait il mieux.

location trÚs bien situé par rapport à la plage, on peut s'y rendre sans problÚme à pied. on peut également se rendre à pied au centre du village, tout tranquillement. logement situé dans une rue non passante et situé à l'arriÚre d'une maison d'habitation. donc beaucoup de calme. nous avons aussi apprécié cette petite terrasse fermée. cuisine correcte, et chambre trÚs grande. Un seul bémol , salle d'eau, Wc, trop petite surtout pour une famille de 4 personnes.. Il serait judicieux de la refaire en prenant sur la surface de la chambre trÚs grande. globalement nous avons été satisfait de cette location. Jocelyne
