The villa is very tastefully furnished with every modern appliance you would expect in a 5 star luxury villa. ANSV12 has an 8X4m out door heated pool with a aqua bed built in. The ground level sea views from this villa are truly amazing. Please note that as for all our properties poolheating is charged extra at euro35 per day.
Ayia Napa has over the last couple of years developed into a cosmopolitan resort with an array of colourful bars, restaurants and shops. With an abundance of secluded sandy bays Ayia Napa has recently been named the " sunny and sandy land ". Step away from the main night life area and take a closer look you will discover that Ayia Napa is full of history and tradition, making it impossible for even the fussiest visitor not to find something that will interest them. A great deal of money has been invested over the past few years in a major programme to revitalise the area. The results are amazing!! The entire harbour has been pedestrianised with cafes and fish-tavernas lining the front. A wooden walkway travels the length of the harbour and continues past it. Villa Lavandel
Our 3rd time to Agia Thekla. Loved our stay at Lavander Villa. Very private villa with mature gardens and a lovely newly re-tiled Pool overlooking the sea. Villa is modern, clean and got the all important WI-FI for work and play. We would love to come back!
