False Advertising!

Accommodation OK but this apartment was specifically booked as it had a pool and the photo below shows what we were presented with! I await Hotels.com / accommodation directly to liaise with me regarding reimbursement. We would not have stayed here had we been informed there were pool issues. This is not just 2 weeks of "filter issues". Very very disappointed. We had to incur additional costs at the Beach area.

Solo tuve una llave para entrar 1. Reja primera llave 2.- puerta de entrada principal 3.-el departamento Éramos 4 adultos y no había manera que nadie llegara antes o después. Salir de noche daba miedo. El exterior de los departamentos está muy viejo y parece que se está cayendo. Nada de mantenimiento. Pero el depto estaba arreglado muy bien . Una baño no nos podíamos bañar porque no tenía puerta o cortina la tina del baño, entonces se mojaba todo. Estábamos a 2 km del centro aprox y un taxi te cobraba 30 euros por ida y 30 de regreso o había que caminar.
