Excellent location and the apartment building was clean and secure. Three negative factors reduced my overall rating:1- The electronic door lock NEVER worked and we had to open the lock box, use the key, and re-lock the key each time we came back to the apartment. 2- The air conditioner in room #1 was broken. After contacting management and getting the “ try unplugging the unit, wait 10 minutes and re-plugging the unit and see if that works” they finally sent someone to check it out while we were out and texted that the unit was broken and would not be fixed until after we left. They suggested we sleep in another room if we got too hot. Both of these deficiencies should have been addressed prior to our arrival. No excuse. 3- Each room required the key to be inserted into a wall outlet for power to that room. The door locks to each room could not be opened from the outside without the key. Thus, if my wife is sitting in bed and reading with the lights on and door closed, I had to knock and she had to get out of bed and open the door for me. Not a very good system. Please consider changing those locks for future clients.
