"I will start with the property itself which was even better than the amazing pictures you see online. This villa has everything you could possibly want for a wonderful vacation. First, the property is incredibly clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked and the grill (which we did cook on one evening) was very clean. The grounds itself look like paradise with the palm trees, cacti, flowers, etc. not to mention the views! My wife and I took the main bedroom unit and each of our teenage children enjoyed having their own space as well with private balcony and outdoor shower in the other two bedroom units. There is more than enough indoor and outdoor living space here. The pool was clean and well maintained and we found ourselves swimming each night late to wind down the day. And last, you can't talk about a stay at Villa Rosa without praising Patrick. Not only was Patrick the best host I have ever experienced, he may also be one of the nicest people I have ever met. From the moment I booked online, he was in contact with me not only regarding the villa, but also anything else I may have had questions on regarding the island. He helped me arrange grocery delivery on our arrival day, met us down the hill on our arrival day (even after our flight was delayed and it was getting later) to personally take us up to the villa for a tour. When I needed anything, Patrick responded immediately.Thank you Patrick for making our trip to Tortola incredible!!"
