Heated Swimming Pool Retreat Near Sonoma Square

Spacious three-bedroom home just 1.5 miles to Sonoma Square with a year-round heated swimming pool. Pool has an automatic safety cover that keeps the pool warm and makes it perfect for families with children.

By default, we heat the pool to around 80 degrees using a gas heater in the winter and solar in the summer.

We can set the temperate to 90 degrees during your stay for an additional $50 fee per day to cover energy costs. We highly recommend this option during the winter!

Swimming Pool - as of October 2020 we installed a gas heater so pool is heated year round to about 80 degrees. During the winter we can heat the pool to 90 degrees for an additional $50 per day. It's truly a spectacular experience to swim in pool that warm and we hope you consider that option for your stay!

In the summer we use solar panels for heating the pool. Pool is only heated during the daytime.

Pool Cover - as of December 2020 we installed an automatic pool cover. The cover helps the pool retain heat at night or when it's not in use. It's also a great safety feature for families traveling with children.

High speed broadband Internet. We have a Google mesh wifi network so Internet connection is fast even outside in the backyard.

Pool was extremely easy to use and was a big hit with the kids! We appreciated the spaciousness of the master bedroom and the provided amenity of a pack n play for our toddler daughter. This is an excellent home if you have children in row - we used a high chair and some pool toys that were available as well! It cut down on the extra bulk we needed to bring which was especially nice as we were flying.

We enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the pool! The neighborhood was quaint and quiet and close to grocery stores, shopping and wineries. The house was just a little more worn than in the pictures (carpets throughout could use a refresh) but comfortable and well stocked. We would stay there again and especially loved the pool in the backyard which was pretty and private.

Location

Beening close to the center of town was amazing, if you are looking for peace and quite, forget it. First they need to added blackout curtains in the bedrooms, also they say the pool is heated, well if you don't live in Florida, you might be fine woth 80 degrees, my pool at home is set at 85, if you want the pool set to 90 degrees they want to charge 50.00 bucks more a day. The neighbor also has a dog, that barks right next to the master bedroom early in the morning, and they also decide to do some construction . If you like to watch different things on the TV, forget that too. There is only 1 TV. The fireplace doesn't work, why show a picture of a fireplace that doesn't work! We enjoyed going into town but the stay was rough. Last but not least, I found it odd they want you to pump the water off the pool cover if it rains. We were there for a vacation, not to babysit a pool cover.

What a great home in a quiet neighborhood. Appreciated the serenity of the property. The pool is fantastic. We enjoyed our time at the home and Michelle and Robin were fantastic hosts. Great stay for groups!

We had a great stay here. It worked perfectly for our group of 5 ladies as long as you don’t mind sharing a room (worked well for us!) The pool was a fun break between wine tasting and dinner. Booking was easy and exactly as advertised. Check out process was simple and the host was even willing to mail us a pair of earrings that got left behind. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location for visiting wine country! The house was very well laid out and spacious for the four of us. Owners very thoughtful in having amenities such as shampoos and many more items available. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
