Holiday cottage with pool in a rural plot near the sea and the beach of Cala Millor and less one Mile from Cala Bona.



The recently renovated house is fully equipped and furnished in a modern stile and comfortable.



Entire house is in the upper floor, has a pleasing lounge with fireplace, on another level is the dining room area with the large modern equipped kitchen all-in-one.



It has three bedrooms these are distributed in two rooms with twin beds and one room with double bed.

The three bedrooms share a roomy bathroom with shower-cabin.



Outside by the the pool area with a small garden and terraces, also a porch-terrace and a bathroom with shower.



Equipped with air-conditioning in the living room (new season 2023, extra cost)



The house has an excellent location as it has the tranquility of living in the countryside and at the same time you can get to Cala Millor and Cala Bona in minutes either walking bicycle or car.



Golf fans have four different golf courses very close all them to each other just driving 7 Km.: Pula Golf, Golf Son servera, Golf Canyamel, Capdepera Golf.



The Nearest beach is Cala Millor and others beaches and leisure areas are also nearby as Sa Coma, S'Illot, Porto Cristo, Cala Mendia, Cala Anguila... all of them are just a 15 minute drive from the property.

Reibungslose Abwicklung. Tolle Betreuung durch Villas Planet. Lediglich Dusche im Garten war von Anfang an defekt und wurde auch während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht repariert.

Ein schönes Haus und nur 10 Minuten zum Strand! Der Pool in seinem Farbspiel ist wirklich schön:) Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend um zu kochen, putzen oder einen schönen Grillabend zu verbringen. Die Zimmer haben eine perfekte Größe und auch der Wohnraum ist optimal! Es gab null Probleme bei Absprachen/Termine (Wechsel Bettwäsche/ Handtücher/ Poolreinigung) mit Sebastia und Isabella:) Natürlich muss man in Spanien (Gerade außerhalb) auch mit Moskitos und den üblichen Verdächtigen Tierchen rechnen aber wer schon in diesem Land war, kennt es auch. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 2 Pärchen und 2 Singles dort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Danke für die Betreuung und wir kommen wieder :):):)
