i didnt like paying extra for a club room and no club benefits after the room had to be switched due to the bathroom lights not working they had the nerve to charge for water

Front desk clerk was on the phone whole time I was there. Sent us to a room that was not what we reserved. Went back to interrupt the front desk girls phone call and get a new room. Arrived to an open door, no key needed for the new room. No amenities in the room that made it worth the price. Would not recommend.

We booked a room during the construction projust but the hotel was still clean and the staff at the front desk on Fri Aug 9th were awesome and so helpful

Convince! It was only a few minutes away for the event we were attending. However Starbucks isn’t open on the weekends there. Breakfast was over priced for what it was, most hotels include a breakfast like they offered for free, This hotel charged $18 per person.
