The lady in fron guy uÿk was very bad , not helpful regarding our service and request. The room was very dirty specialy the restroom ( the shower). 11h23 pm,someone ( men) came to our room he opened the door to get in, when he heard us asking who is that he left without any explanation..no body from the administration . contact us. That was not safe and not secure. we couldn't sleep, on top of all , at three morning we found o big insect walking in bathroom, that was very displeasing,it was a very bad situation .

Unfortunately, this Hotel booked me into a room where another person was already stayed. While this was fixed, the keys also did not work for my new room at times. There is no food for purchase at night. In addition, the Hotel smelled like smoke. The breakfast was good.

My stay was fine. It was quiet. The room was clean just a bit dated and dark. I didn’t partake in the breakfast but it smelled good and was served every morning from 7-10. Front desk staff isn’t the friendliest but not rude. I would stay here again.

This was a surprisingly very nice property . We were only staying 1 night but it was very clean and well kept. Also convenient to stores and restaurants. Front desk staff could improve. When we arrived in the evening tired and ready to check in and get some rest, we waited so long we finally had to use the lobby phone to call the front desk and the clerk came out from the back looking suspiciously sleepy.

It hotel is decent for what it is. We unfortunately did not get to enjoy breakfast because there was a bus trip that stayed over and they were all there at the same time as us in the morning. They took up all the seating and all the hot food was empty. Staff were not prepared to accommodate that may people and keep the breakfast options stocked.

Pros: Front desk staff was nice. Free breakfast including eggs, sausage, and DIY waffles. Strong A/C in my room. Cons: The hotel is fairly run down and dated. The hallway carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The A/C had a weird smell when I first turned it on but it subsided.

I liked almost everything about Quality Inn Edison - New Brunswick. The staff was amazing, the continental breakfast was good. Our room was perfect. My only complaint is how inconvenient it is to get there if you don’t have a car.
