Glacier Stay

We were in town visiting Glacier, and this was a very easy close location to the West Park entrance and close to several towns and restaurants to the west. Hotel was self serve basically which was fine for us had been updated in a minimalist design. They probably could do a little bit better job, keeping the outside kept regarding weeds, etc.

Convenient and close to the park and restaurants. The room was nice, clean, not cluttered and nicely decorated. My only 2 complaints: 1) they leave the side exit doors unlocked 24/7, where anyone can walk up to your door, and only lock the front door at night. 2) We can hear Every Step from upstairs room, they sound like their stomping, if the person got in 11pm to 1am -- we heard it all -- floors need sound proofing badly.

If you need a clean room(bed and shower) this will do. We had a front facing room toward the highway and the noise was unbelievable. They did leave ear plugs which helped another in our party but the noise may effect some people(although I was fine). They do not have laundry service.

The room was very clean. The free coffee at the lounge was frequently filled, which was great. It was convenient that we could use the microwave at the lounge. The lady at the front desk was nice.

Super clean, friendly staff, great coffee, good location (near Glacier). We went in to town a couple nights - fantastic restaurants & grocery store. Starbucks is also very close. Bed was very comfortable & balcony was a nice surprise!

Great spot!!

Great location. Coffee and tea available all the time. Nice water dispenser with ice to take with you before your hikes. Close to the village with good food to eat and grocery store. Beds were super comfortable! Also a microwave in the lobby which was very convenient to warming up food prior to our hikes.

The hotel rooms were nicely updated and clean, but unfortunately the walls and ceilings were paper-thin. We could hear everything happening in nearby rooms. The bed was also extremely firm, which made it difficult to get comfortable. As for amenities, there was only coffee available in the lobby and a single shared microwave, which was a bit inconvenient. On the bright side, every staff member we interacted with was helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to assist us. They were truly the highlight of our stay. The location is about a 20-minute drive from the West Glacier entrance, which made it a convenient base for exploring the park. For future improvements, I’d recommend adding microwaves to the rooms, offering a continental breakfast, creating a small fitness center, and adding a hot tub or pool to enhance the guest experience.
