This family friendly unit renovated in 2020 (new carpets installed late 2022) has a fresh feel with comfortable furnishings. Because the owners use this sanctuary themselves, they've appointed it with amenities to make it easy to arrive and settle in quickly. Featured is a home cook’s kitchen, multicolored Fiestaware of every size imaginable, and quality mattresses and linens. WiFi, gated parking and many other amenities that create your welcoming ''home away from home''. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, enclosed patio, and private bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. A crib is available for the little one. New 50" TV installed in living room in summer 2021 and each bedroom has a tv. There is a full-size washer and dryer and beach chairs, umbrella, toys and boogie board are ready to go at a moment's notice.
Seascape Sur, set on the bluff above the ocean, is known as the "Jewel of the Bluff" and no wonder why; the gated complex is beautifully maintained with gardens so lush you would think you were vacationing in the tropics! Koi ponds, turtles, waterfalls and a babbling brook compliment the two swimming pools, two jacuzzis and tennis courts (all within a quick one minute walk from the front door). Beach access stairs are located right at the edge of the property getting you on the sand in no time.
Solana Beach is laid back walking community with the Del Mar Racetrack being only a 15-minute stroll away. There are many restaurants and cafes for all tastes and budgets within easy walking distance and dozens more just a short drive away. Cedros Avenue’s fashionable shopping and Sunday's Farmer's Market is a close 10-minute walk away. Close by, on the 101, are many bike shops including a bike rental on the corner of Lomas Santa Fe. Downtown San Diego, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Zoo Safari Park and La Jolla are all an easy drive. The Solana Beach train station is a 10-minute walk so you can ride up to Disneyland or any of the other coastal towns easily and efficiently.
There is beach access, a playground and basketball court at Fletcher Cove, again, so close: a 10-minute walk.

The grounds are full of fragrant flowers, always very well maintained and it's just a pleasure to walk to the bluff to watch the sunset or sunrise. People are always running, cycling and walking their dogs on South Sierra and it just feels so welcoming. There is a farmer's market every Sunday in the summer and it's just a 10 minute walk away. There is a gym across the street and yoga and Pilates studios within a 5 minute walk. We just love Southern California and especially Solana Beach!
