Walk through the lovely gardens and arrive at this well maintained condo on the bluffs of Solana Beach. A private patio greets you as you enter the house. The lower level has two bedrooms, a washer/dryer and two bathrooms. The large main bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, access to the entry patio and an attached bathroom with shower stall and two sinks. The second bedroom has a full bed and patio access. Head upstairs, grab a drink from the wet bar and step out onto the ocean view deck where you can enjoy incredible sunsets. Your can also enjoy the view while sitting on the comfortable living room couches.

A fully stocked kitchen has all the necessities for a home cooked meal. A second balcony near the kitchen has a dining table and peaceful garden views. Aside from koi ponds and beautiful landscaping, this complex has two pools, tennis courts, and direct access to the stairs that lead down to the wide, sandy beach.

Great central location is within a mile of famous restaurants and unique shopping on Cedros Ave. The nearby train station provides a relaxing ride to downtown San Diego or north to Oceanside and beyond.

In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum. No smoking anywhere on property. This unit is not air conditioned.

Professionally laundered hotel quality linens and bath towels are provided. Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Terrific Home in the heart of Del Mar

Footsteps from the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants. Quiet Street during the evening. Active during the day. I'm not sure what the standards are for providing dish cleaner and detergent. We simply bought our own at Trader Joes for a reasonable price. Nevertheless, we would stay at this residence again in a heartbeat.

Stairway to heaven

We absolutely loved staying here. There are three outdoor spaces which is something we really enjoy. The top deck has views that are beyond sensational. We loved grilling on the patio outside the kitchen. The kitchen is large clean and modern. The decor is French country beachy chic. Very comfortable and easy to relax on the big sofa and armchairs. . There are no doubt a lot of stairs to contend with in the unit, and it is definitely a consideration if stairs are a challenge. We had to get used to all the up and down, and there are even stairs where you really don't want them or need them, but the warm ambiance of the place more than made up for it. We would return in a heartbeat.

The view and the location are wonderful. The condo needs some attention-especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. Shower is leaky, dingy and tired. Musty smell in bedrooms. Kitchen fairly well stocked-could use a tea kettle! We love the area and the view from the deck is spectacular. A few lounge chairs on the deck would be useful.
