It was an excellent stay in a very cozy house that hosted nine individuals easily. The property is well-maintained and was exceptionally clean when we walked in. The host is easy to work with and great at responding to any inquiries. It’s a great location and I highly recommend for anyone looking for a place in the east Atlanta area.

my family and i came down for a wedding and this house was everything we needed. enough rooms for the six of us and plenty of entertainment to keep the kids occupied. location was in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood. overall experience and communication from check in to check out was amazing and i would recommend this house to anyone coming into the area.

Overall, the home and property was really nice! Its close to places to eat and shopping. I loved the decor, kitchen supplies, and layout. It allows space for everyone to not be on top of each other. For us, the beds were not comfortable, they were very hard but may be comfortable to someone else :). Also if you have pets and need to add after the reservation, you will need to message the owner before hand as the pet fee is not mentioned in the listing, especially for support animals. Also there were not TV's in the bedrooms. The host was very nice and responsive. We did have family in the area and due to the rules, we could not have them over due to the rules of the home. If they are not on the reservation, they can not come over.

Wonderful House!

The house was very nice. We have family in the area, and will likely be back! Pro tip: The only challenge of this location is turning left out of the neighborhood, especially during busy afternoon traffic. If you cut behind the Dunkin / gas station, you can get to the light to turn left.

Beautiful Spacious Home

This was our first stay with VRBO and we are so happy we chose this place. This is a beautiful home, with modern, upscale features and well stocked with all the amenities you need. Just what we needed.

Our large family needed a place to stay while attending a funeral in the area. The host was very kind, an easy and fast communicator and accommodated our needs. The house was great and had everything we needed. Very clean and soft beds. Our only issue was that it took a very long time for the smart thermostat to warm the house, but other than that, our stay was just what we needed.

Wonderful house and location

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. There were 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and two dens and plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean, host was super helpful and easy to contact and we had everything we needed. We felt safe in the N’hood. We will definitely rent again.

Perfect Smart-Modern Home for large family with kids!

We were in town for a family member's wedding and needed a large home to fit our family of 8 of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids 8 & 6). Also wanted to stay in close proximity to our Aunt who lives locally. This smart home fit the bill- only 8 mins from our Aunt/Uncle. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by (less than a 5 min drive). The listing was as described- this was in fact a smart and modern home. My kids loved the arcade and the children's books that were on hand. As a family we played Uno, Dominoes and Pictionary. There was a coffee bar on hand and we are a family that loves coffee! So nice that these amenities were all provided by the host! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The open floor plan on the main level was inviting and the modern kitchen was easy to maneuver. Host responded immediately when we had an issue with the en suite bathroom shower not draining. They sent a worker within a couple of hours of being notified and it was a quick fix. Property was overall well maintained and clean. The only thing we all agreed on were the floors could use a deep clean. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this smart, modern and spacious home.

We really enjoyed this property. Very clean, kitchen was fully equipped with all necessities for cooking, the beds were super comfortable, big TV in the living room, and fire pit in the back which we didn't end up using because it was raining. There was also a Street Fighter arcade game and board games which we enjoyed. Neighborhood felt safe, check in process was easy, great communication with property manager. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely book again!!

Amazing stay!

Beautiful home! It looks exactly as it does in the pictures! Although my family did not use the kitchen, it was fully-stocked. My daughter accidently locked us out late night; the host was responsive and quickly got us back into the home! This is a newly listed property so they will be adding even more amenities. I would absolutely recommend it and will book again next time I am in the area! Thank you!
