Great time at Reel Grace

Beautiful house, very nice rooms and areas to relax, eat, play games, etc. We loved the deck to relax on and the beach was close by.
Perfect place for our large puzzle.
Nice area to be together fixing suppers.

Great Oceanfront Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time vacationing at Reel Grace. Perfect for our family vacation. The house is clean, comfortable and well maintained and the ocean-front location can't be beat. We really enjoyed the modern, fully equipped kitchen since we prepared most of our own meals in. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do only a short drive away. Landmark Vacation Rentals was always very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend both this property and Landmark Vacation Rentals. Overall, another great experience and pleasant stay.

We truly got to cherish family memories here, with plenty of space for everyone to gather, play games, and just enjoy quality time together.The beautiful beach was just steps away, with soft sand and stunning views that made every morning walk unforgettable. And the good pelicans—we loved watching them dive for fish right off the shore! It added such a fun, natural touch to our days.Highly recommend this spot for anyone wanting a peaceful beach escape. Lovely house right on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house with lots of space; we had a group of teenage girls. Dining table is a bit cramped for the capacity of the house, but is a function of the kitchen design; porch table provides ample extra seating. I would have liked better furniture and a table on the upper deck. Also, the alcove in the master bedroom was virtually unusable because it was so hot, even with the fan provided. There is no closet in the master, just a metal bar for hanging clothes. My last suggestion is that there are no towel bars in the house, so it's difficult to hang towels in the bathrooms.Beach here is not too narrow, unlike many other Topsail places where the beach is disappearing.

Great Oceanfront Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reel Grace is a beautiful and comfortable beachfront home. The area is quiet and very relaxing with very little traffic. The entire house is spacious and well laid out. Our family enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and put it to good use preparing nearly all our meals throughout our stay. Walkout access to the private beach is great and a real bonus for a multi- generational family group. Upon arrival we found the property clean and well maintained. Landmark Vacation Rentals provided excellent customer service and communication in advance of our arrival and quickly responded to our inquiries once checked in. Included bed linens, towels and arrival toiletries starter pack is a welcome added convenience especially for those travelling a long distance. Overall, this is a wonderful home in a great location that our entire group enjoyed very much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at Reel Grace. With it being early in the season, we did encounter a couple of issues. The kitchen disposal was not working until we removed a large wad of something. One of the toilets did not flush consistently and needed a plunge. Two of the shower heads upstairs did not have a nice stream of water, they need to be cleaned/evaluated for replacement. Other than those few things, we found the place to be a great large family vacation house. We really liked the private outdoor shower and access to the beach. The kitchen was also well stocked with appliances and tools. We'd love to stay again :)
