Hosts were very nice, even gave us a tour. The place was amazing and the “Titanic” decorations were very interesting. Best place by far in this area well worth it. We shared with Sister and Husband and all were impressed.

Great Space!

This was a great place, both super cool, and in an ideal location for our Bradford adventure. Ryan & Kelly were amazing hosts. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you are going to be in the area, just book it, you will not regret it!

In town for a wedding

I’ve stayed here before. This was a shorter 4 day trip for an out of state wedding nearby. Since my stay last year, the owner, Ryan, has extended the outdoor deck looking over the lake. It’s a great view. The place is decorated very nicely with a titanic theme. It was then and still is now one of the nicest places I’ve stayed a. Highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Unique Space

We had the opportunity to stay in this very cool, and unique space. The unit is above a working restaurant, which itself is a must see. The unit has a very interesting “Titanic” themed vibe with posters, framed art, and nautical themed touches throughout. The space is very spacious and comfortable. With two nice size bedrooms both with private bathrooms. It also had a full kitchen with modern appliances, a large dining area, and a very comfortable living room with a private balcony overlooking a large pond. The hosts were incredibly attentive without being intrusive, and we will definitely be back.

Fishing trip

The owner, Ryan met us upon arrival to go Over the place. He gave us some extra perks I’m not at liberty to say what however. The restaurant below is very good. Both Ryan and his wife, Kelly, are very nice and friendly. We only ate downstairs once but only bc we left to fish before they open and didn’t get back until after they were closed. 5 star property.

Smethport pleasant surprise

We chose Smethport as a halfway travel point to spend a few days with family, not as a vacation destination. Were we ever surprised!! This apartment is well done, decorated with a Titanic theme. The First Officer & Captain's quarters are very nicely appropriated. The kitchen & dining area has all that is needed for an easy, enjoyable stay. The living room area leads out to a private second floor deck overlooking a very scenic lake - in the downtown area. We walked the Smethport Mansion Tour - learned a lot of history as well as enjoyed the nice houses. Of course, Kinzua & Zippo/Case Museums are required tourist spots. Enjoy the fine hospitality of the Cottage House Restaurant attached to the apartment, & the food is very good. Hope you enjoy your Smethport surprise!!
