"We booked to stay for the weekend in December for our anniversary and when we arrived after a two and half hour drive we found the hotel closed apparently for a refit. "Honestly quite horrible! Got there and there was no booking for us! Hotels.com told us the hotel sold our room as they got more money from a walk in customer! After 3 hours on the phone hotels.com was not helping us so we ended up having to pay the hotel again we was put in a dirty room with bumpbeds ..."
