All apartments are five. There are three on the ground floor and two on the 1st floor (10-15 stairs)All apartments have 2 bedrooms( one with double bed,iron, satelite tv, air condition,wardrobe, safe box, free /strong sign wifi and window with garden view )and other one bedroom with 2 single beds, air-condition, dresser, suitcase furniture e.t.c) , bathroom with a shower, kitchen(fridge,oven, coffee maker, e.t.c).Veranda with sea-pool view, table and chairs for relaxing and eating meals.Free laundry service is provided, as swimming pool towels as well. . All apartments have been decorated by Nectarios's sister - a very famour artist/decorator in Sitia who is a jewel artist as well.There is a big swimming pool-suitable even for small children- , with sunbeds near the garden and a comfortable hammock beside the pool.Beautiful garden with trees and plants,comfortable sofas by the pool for relaxing , secure enviromment for children, private parking. Our propery is 2klm driving from the Centre of Sitia,away from noise and crowded places.It's 1 klm near the organized beach and 100 meters near the sea.The owners Nectarios and Kelly(gymnastic and music teachers) are willing and happy for everyone.Nectarios is all day around our property , offering cold drinks and coffee to everyone is around the pool, discussing with our clients as a friend, about making a good plan of the days of their stay( recommending them all the MUST places to visit, to swim, to eat, to discover our nature, to visit arceological places, shops , cafeterias or nightlife bars.

A great balance of all the things you need to have a memorable holiday

The flat is nicely located close to Sitia and to the beach, has views of mountains, is extremely clean and decorated with good taste, but the best feature is the warmth and passion that its owner welcomes you with , the tips he shares will make your holiday and you'll want to discard anything you had planned before! The swimming pool is large and clean and a great meeting point to enjoy the frappes coffees that Nectarios so lovingly prepares for his guests in the morning. We recommend the Oceanias flats both to couples and families, as everyone seemed to get along in harmony. We wish to come again! all the best, Natalia, Ben and Chelsey

gastvrij onthaal aan het zwembad

Wij (gezin 4 personen) hadden hier een geweldig verblijf. Een heerlijk zwembad met voldoende ligbedden in een goed onderhouden tuin. Kleinschalig en rustig. Bijzonder werd ons verblijf door het gastvrije onthaal door de enthousiaste eigenaar die af en toe een drankje komt brengen en goede tips heeft voor de omgeving. De woning is met zorg ingericht in leuke stijl zoals op de foto's, goed verzorgd, werd tussendoor ook schoongemaakt. Grote koelkast, de kleine keuken en het zitje in appartement 1 buiten zijn verder vrij basic. Let op: de kamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden is in appartement 1 ook de entree en doorgang naar de rest van de woning. Goede wifi in woning en bij zwembad. Dicht bij Sitia. Prima uitvalsbasis om met huurauto het meest oostelijke (niet zo toeristische) deel van Kreta te ontdekken. .

Détente absolue dans un cadre apaisant

Nous avons passé deux semaines parfaites dans cette résidence avec nos deux enfants, de 8 et 13 ans. L’accueil de notre hôte, Nectarios, a été très chaleureux et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à l’aise. L’appartement était meublé et décoré avec soin, et les lits étaient très confortables. Le ménage était fait et les draps et les serviettes étaient changés tous les 3 jours. La magnifique piscine d’eau salée est très propre et le jardin fleuri très bien entretenu et arboré d’arbres fruitiers (en particulier de figuiers, dont nous avons pu consommer les fruits sans modération). A notre arrivée, Nectarios nous a fourni une carte détaillée des environs et nous a expliqué jour après jour toutes les possibilités qui s’offraient à nous. On sent qu’il est passionné et aime partager et faire découvrir son pays. Il nous a toujours suggéré d’excellentes tavernes mettant en valeur la cuisine locale, à des prix très abordables. En deux semaines, jamais nous n’avons été déçus de ses conseils (aussi bien pour les visites et les fabuleuses plages préservées des touristes, que pour les adresses de restaurants). Nous avons visité à notre rythme, et avons également passé du temps à nous détendre, sur les transats confortables au bord de la piscine. Nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés, car Nectarios est amical et aux petits soins avec ses clients. Vous n’avez besoin de penser à rien, juste à vous détendre. Chaque jour, autour de la piscine, il nous offrait de délicieux cafés frappés, accompagnés de biscuits et parfois de fruits frais de son jardin. En fin de journée, il nous offrait l’apéritif, accompagné d’olives, ou de son fameux « dakos » (une spécialité que nous avons testée dans plusieurs restaurants, mais aucun n’a réussi à égaler celui préparé par Nectarios). Nous garderons un fabuleux souvenir de ce séjour et ne pouvons que le recommander absolument !

A Great Place to stay and enjoy a nice Holiday !!!

First Time in Greece at all and we landed in (Crete in Sitia) and we stayed at Oceanides Lux Apartments 😊 LUCKY US 😊, Nektarios the owner of the Resort received us with a Bright Smile 😊 and Wide Hugh, so that we directly felt Welcome and in that moment, we had the feeling that we ware meeting an old Friend which we haven´t seen for a long time (it feels like “Great to see you again my Friends 😊). Very friendly …but without been overwhelming)! Oceanides is very close to the Airport (only 10 Minutes driving) and very close to the City and a Harbor with a Promenade with a lot of Restaurants: Oceanides Resort is in a large Beautiful and nice decorated Garden with Exotic Plants, Flowers and Palm Trees, with a Swimming Pool, nice and stylish decorated Apartments, with 2 Bedrooms, Kitchen, Bathroom and Balcony with a direct view to the Blue Sea and looks exactly like in the pictures! While you are Relaxing in the Pool area you have the view of the whole Haus where the Apartments are, and you have the feeling that you are in your own Garden in your own Villa and you start dreaming wanting to have it for yourself one day somewhere in your life time 😊 Very very friendly and polite people, super Service, Nektarios takes care of you from the arrival until departure, he takes care of everything, he gives you very important advises, where to go to discover the most beautiful Beaches and places, he explains everything very patiently and he gives you the feeling that he wants to make sure that you go to the right places and enjoy Sitia at all, a very good hearted and generous Man at all 😊 Thank you very Much Mr. Nektarios, we will come back again !!! Accueil incroyable de Nectarios dans une très belle propriété

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l’appartement proposé par Nectarios. Il s’agit d’un appartement très propre et décoré avec goût. Il est idéalement situé pour explorer l’est de la crête. Nectarios prend le temps tous les jours de discuter avec nous du programme possible, nous donne des adresses de bons restaurants, plages, randonnées et ce adapté à notre rythme. Il gâte toute la famille avec des apéros pour les parents et des glaces pour les plus petits. Et tout cela est compris dans le prix qui est attractif. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. La piscine est très grande et toujours très propre! Vacances réussies !

Accueil formidable de Nectarios. Appartement très confortable, très propre et très fonctionnel. Situé dans une très belle région très authentique à découvrir absolument pour celles et ceux qui veulent fuir les sites beaucoup trop touristiques de la côte nord.

Tout a été parfait ! Grand logement, conforme à la description, aménagé avec goût. Très belle vue sur la mer et sur la piscine(eau de mer) depuis la terrasse. Un hôte prévenant et enthousiaste qui nous a proposé un programme de visites et d'activités adapté à nos attentes. Point quotidien avec lui autour d'un café frappé(offert). Une belle découverte de l'est de l'île, une région très peu touristique avec de magnifiques plages.

confortable et sympathique

Nous avons séjourné dans l'un des appartements à l'étage de la résidence dont la vue donne sur la mer, et refait à neuf récemment. Il comprend une chambre avec climatisation et deux lits supplémentaires dans une autre pièce autrefois le séjour? La salle de bain et la cuisine sont petites mais décorées avec soin et correctement équipées. La terrasse n'est pas très grande et comprend une petite table et des chaises sur lesquelles vous pourrez prendre vos repas en contemplant la vue. La piscine d'eau de mer relativement grande et n'est pas traitée (l'eau est renouvelée 1x/semaine). Ici Nectarios, le sympathique propriétaire vous accueillera à bras ouverts avec des cafés frappés et autres apéritifs maisons. Pas avare de conseils, il se démènera aussi pour vous donner satisfaction et rendre votre séjour agréable. L'ensemble est très propre et bien entretenu dans une ambiance familiale, le ménage est fait régulièrement et n'aurez à vous occuper de rien. Seul bémol, ce petit coin de paradis est situé à 1,5 km de SITIA et nécessite donc de prendre la voiture pour s'y rendre. De toute façon il faut une voiture pour pouvoir aller dans les sites sauvages et paradisiaques de la cote Sud Est de l’île.

Very pleasant holiday

We had a wonderful holiday at Oceanides apts. The owner Nectarios arranged everything perfectly for us: child bed, child seat, everything was waiting for us upon arrival. The apartment was just renovated and absolutely perfect. As for the rest of our experience: it's the small things that make the difference between a "good" holiday and a "great" one. And in this case that "small thing" has a name, and it is Nectarios. Coming up with suggestions for things to do and go see, making us coffee and serving home made raki, and truly going out of his way to make all his guests feel welcome and at home. Will definitely consider coming back! We do recommend renting a car to get around.

accueil des plus chaleureux et précieux de la part de nicolas , un appartement au sein d'une petite résidence ayant la typicité de la crête très facile d’accès mais bruit de la route par les riverains à accepter point fort : un service hotelier ( serviettes et draps changés + nettoyage ) dans un appartement !! je ne sais pas si c'est fait pour tout le monde mais bravo !!

Belle propriété

Le Nom de famille accroché à notre porte d'entrée, nous avons de suite trouvé notre appartement. Nous avons quasi de suite profité de la belle terrasse autour la piscine où Nectarios est venu nous accueillir avec un Raki fait maison et nous proposer un petit programme des visites incontournables autour de Sitia. Ses conseils ont été très bons surtout pour trouver des tavernes typiques (et très bonnes!!) où manger et des endroits moins connus des touristes, donc moins fréquentés. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de profiter de la piscine, mais celle ci est alimentée à l'eau de mer, donc aucun produit chimique ! L'appartement en lui même était un peu petit, surtout en ce qui concerne la cuisine. Pour manger à son aise il est préférable de descendre sur la terrasse de la piscine. Appartement propre. Ménage tous les jours. Plusieurs appartements dans la propriété. Places de parking dans l'enceinte de la propriété.
