Beautiful and large new house with a magnificent view of the citadel of Sisteron without opposite. Large garden with heated pool (secure pool: electric shutter, unheated pool and closed from October to April). 5 bedrooms + a sofa bed, 3 bathrooms, large living room with TV corner, equipped kitchen, bowling green, swing / sandpit and barbecue. Baby equipment. Household included. 5 minutes from downtown. Quiet house. SISTERON is located at the gates of Provence, 1 hour from Aix en Provence, 1 hour 20 minutes from Marseille and 45 mm from the first ski resorts.

Magnifique et trĂšs reposant!

Merci aux hĂŽtes pour leur accueil, la communication avec eux et leur trĂšs belle maison. TrĂšs rĂ©actifs, ce qui est plus qu’agrĂ©able. Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour merveilleux au calme et avec une vue splendide. TrĂšs bon Ă©quipement dans la maison, nous n’avons manquĂ© de rien. Bonne literie. Piscine Ă  28 degrĂ©s, super! Rien Ă  redire, nous recommandons vivement entre amis ou en famille!

Maison idéale pour famille avec enfants en bas ages

Vue magnifique sur la Citadelle de Sisteron, maison idéale avec Climatisation pour 4 couples avec enfants en bas ages. La 5Úme chambre adaptée pour 2 enfants ados avec 2 lits une place. Piscine à excellente température avec la vue sur la Citadelle. Excellent séjour.

Une trĂšs belle situation.

Nous avons pu apprĂ©cier la superbe situation et la vue imprenable sur la citadelle. Nous pouvions nous rendre Ă  pied au centre-ville, ce qui est bien apprĂ©ciable. Une rĂ©serve cependant, sur la propretĂ© de la piscine. À notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons dĂ» nous occuper de la nettoyer, d’utiliser le robot de nettoyer les filtres du robot qui Ă©taient encombrĂ©s d’un tas de saletĂ©s. Vu le tarif Ă  la semaine, nous aurions pu nous attendre Ă  ce que tout cela soit impeccable. L’équipement de la cuisine n’était pas complet. Il manquait une thĂ©iĂšre, une essoreuse Ă  salade, un ou deux plateaux de desserte dignes de ce nom. Autre point important pour nous, si la propriĂ©tĂ© est bien au calme, le silence ne rĂšgne pas, en effet la proximitĂ© de l’autoroute fait que par moment selon le sens du vent, le bruit est consĂ©quent. Au total, nous sommes trĂšs content de notre sĂ©jour, mais ces petites mauvaises surprises Ă©taient comme des fausses notes dans cet ensemble harmonieux. Un peu plus de professionnalisme des hĂŽtes rendrait le sĂ©jour sans Ă©cueils .

Schönes Ferienhaus mit reichhaltiger Ausstattung und wunderschönem Ausblick auf die Citadelle

Das Ferienhaus von Camille liegt direkt am Ortsausgang von Sisteron. Die Gegend ist absolut ruhig und man selbst daher ungestört. Das Haus ist reichhaltig ausgestattet: Es gibt mehr als ausreichend Besteck, Teller und GlĂ€ser etc. Die KĂŒche ist modern und funktional. Eine Mikrowelle ist vorhanden, ebenso wie eine kleine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Dazu gibt es zwei große KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke mit GefrierfĂ€chern. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, wir fĂŒhlten uns nie beengt. Aus manchen Zimmern hat man ebenso den tollen Blick auf die Citadelle. Der Pool ist sauber und sicher, die Temperatur mit ca. 24/25°C erfrischend. Toll sind ebenfalls die vielen Spielsachen fĂŒr Kinder fĂŒr drinnen und draußen. Das haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Camille war hervorragend, die Einweisung durch Virginie kurz, aber ausreichend. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts gab es einiges, was uns ĂŒberraschte: Angefangen bei der nicht befestigten SpĂŒlmaschine, ĂŒber die KĂŒchenuhr an der Wand, die plötzlich von der Wand fiel ĂŒber die Verkleidung der Dachterrasse, die bei einem stĂ€rkeren Regen einfach herunterfiel und wackelnde TĂŒrgriffe. In einem Bad ist wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts die Dusch-SchiebetĂŒre gesprungen - vermutlich durch Spannungen im Glas bzw. der Einfassung. Diese TĂŒre wurde uns nachtrĂ€glich in Rechnung gestellt, obwohl es sich aus unserer Sicht nicht um eine Fehlbedienung handelte. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus mit toller Lage, aber eben nicht ganz perfekt.

Belle Villa moderne , intérieur soigné et propre . Grande cuisine bien équipée . Chambres à coucher trÚs agréables plein sud avec vue sur la Citadelle et les montagnes . Matelas durs . Grand jardin bien aménagé avec belle piscine , à l'abri des voisins , idéal pour se reposer . Vue impressionnante sur la Citadelle de Sisteron et les montagnes . Boulangerie le pain Loré à Sisteron à recommander Supermarché Bio Biocoop à Laragne Nos Restaurants préférés : Le Zinc à Vaumeil prés de l'aérodrome : belle terrasse avec vue sur le coucher du soleil et trÚs bonne cuisine Restaurant Oppidum à Sisteron , bonne cuisine mais cadre moins joli . Restraurant étoilé : la bonne Etape au Chùteau-Arnoux Nos randonnées préférées : Tour de Dromon à Saint -Geniez 4 1/2 h Gorge de Riou plus sommet de Rivuaire à Saint-Genis 5h Gorges de Méoux 5 heures

Amazing holiday home

The house is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need. The garden and the swimming pool are amazing, and have a spectacular view on the "citadel". The communication with Camille went very smoothly. We had a great time--very highly recommended!

Site remarquable avec vue exceptionnelle de jour comme de nuit sur la citadelle.

Bonjour Camille, nous avons passĂ© de remarquables vacances dans votre villa que nous avons trouvĂ©e trĂšs fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© les 3 salles de bains, la grande cuisine ouverte sur le sĂ©jour, les dĂ©barras et autres rangements. La climatisation par le sol Ă  RDC est confortable et silencieuse. Nous avons profitĂ© de la proximitĂ© de la ville Ă  pied ainsi que des belles promenades en forĂȘt. La piscine chauffĂ©e et son mobilier complet nous ont sĂ©duit Ă©galement. La vue sur la citadelle ensoleillĂ©e la journĂ©e et illuminĂ©e la nuit nous a ravie.
