Die FeWo befindet sich in einem abgezäunten Appartement-Bereich. Die weiteren Appartements gehören hauptsächlich Einheimischen, die diese als Erstwohnsitz bzw. Wochenend-Appartement nutzen. Unter der Woche ist somit am Pool weniger los als am Wochenende. Es gibt für diese Ferienwohnung zwei Pool-Liegen, die allerdings mal erneuert werden könnten.Die FeWo befindet sich ebenerdig mit kleinem Garten jeweils auf beiden Seiten.Bei der Küchenausstattung könnte etwas nachgebessert werden (alte Pfannen, keine Brettchen).Tiefgaragenplatz ist vorhanden ... von dort aus eine Etage mit dem Fahrstuhl, dann steht man direkt vor der FeWo ... also kein lästiges Tragen von schwerem Gepäck über einen langen Weg.Allerdings ist der Tiefgaragenplatz nicht geeignet für Auto's höher als 1,70 m (z.B. Multivan) ... man kann zwar in die Tiefgarage fahren, kommt aber nicht abschließbare Garage aufgrund der Höhe. Aber direkt vor dem Appartement-Gelände gibt es jederzeit ausreichend Parkplätze.Ca. 5 Min. vom Objekt entfernt ist ein öffentlicher Fußballplatz (Rasen).Weg zum Badestelle/ Strand (Einstiegsstelle flach und steinig ... im weiteren Verlauf aber sandig) ca. 10 Min.
