Hermosa villa exclusiva a 50 metros del lago

Casa adosada en esquina, exclusiva a solo 50 m del lago !!. La casa tiene una pequeña piscina privada con ducha y fue renovada en 2013, con materiales de la más alta calidad y amueblada con mucho gusto. La zona de entrada es muy luminosa y el jardín privado está equipado con todas las comodidades. La casa está equipada con muebles de época y todo el equipamiento de cocina. Las dos habitaciones se encuentran en el primer piso, una con una cama doble y la otra con 2 camas individuales (convertibles en una doble) y una cama de bebé, tienen aire acondicionado y desde aquí se puede acceder al balcón con sillas plegables. cubierta. Un baño con ducha / inodoro y lavabo se encuentra en el primer piso y en la planta baja hay un pequeño baño de visitas. El salón está equipado con 2 cómodos sofás, ventilador de techo y zona de relajación con TV de pantalla plana vía satélite y conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita. La famosa playa de Bremen equipada con bar / restaurante y alquiler de botes a pedal está a unos 50 metros. Ofrecemos 2 bicicletas y un mapa con indicaciones de los mejores itinerarios y restaurantes. Para el estacionamiento privado de automóviles en frente de la casa (sin techo)

Great house and great host!

We loved our stay here, the house was perfect and in a great location so close to the lake. Our kids loved cooling down in the pool after hot summer days!

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful day at this property and the host was fantastic. The house had everything it needed and more and it was right around the corner from the lake so it was a wonderful location. We will be back.

Cozy house with a pool

The house is comfortable, wih well equiped kitchen, with small garden and there table and chairs on terrasse in the morning and sofas for drinks in the evening, an amazing pool wich was very usefull in hot days. The owner was bery nice and helpfull. The house is near the beach (around the corner) and has strategic position (to the bus stop to city-centre, many restaurants and caffees and shops).

Perfect location

Lovely villa just minutes away from the beach within easy walking distance of the new town centre and a 10 minute bus ride to old Sirmione. The Villa is well Equipped and in a lovely peaceful location, and has everything you need and more, Masaccio is a great host and very helpful with tips of places to visit. Thank you for a fabulous stay 😀

Beautiful house and surroundings

Lovely house, clean, did exactly what we needed. 10 minutes walk from the bus stop or 30 minute nice walk to Sirmione. 2 min walk from the lake and a good beach bar. Owner was contactable when we needed him, gave great recommendations, helped us with transport and booked us into a restaurant for our first night. He was excellent. A fabulous holiday.

Villa Barbara, Sirmione

Villa Barbara is a well appointed villa, very comfortable and well equipped. It is ideally located for easy walking access to Spiaggia Brema, the old town and the new town and has a useful dedicated parking area. Masaccio is an excellent host, attentive and informative who made sure we had everything we needed to make the most of f our stay. We all greatly enjoyed our stay in Villa Barbara

Hidden Gem

Stayed here in September 2023. Great location with parking. The place is clean and has a nice small private pool. The only consideration are the stairs. If you have any issues with stairs this isn’t the unit fur you. If you are good with stairs this is a very comfortable, great location and clean rental.

Paradise

Seriously this is a lovely apartment in a great location with all of the facilities that you could wish for... No, it did not have a hot tub - but it turns out that VRBO have been adding this to many of their properties. One of the great surprises that the property now benefits from a continuous supply of filtered water - plain or carbonated We had a great holiday and would thoroughly recommend this property without hesitation.

A perfect base for exploring the lake

Sirmione offers the perfect mix of history, spiagge (beaches), views, and connections to other towns. The villa is only minutes away from the bus stops to get up to the island, or to Peschiera or to Desenzano. We hired a car too for a few days so having free parking was a bonus. With young kids, we find balance in our holidays by exploring in the mornings and back for the pool in the hot afternoons. The pool at the villa was the perfect size (bigger than we anticipated - plenty of room for games and chilling). The villa has a lovely feel to it - a nice mix of traditional and modern and was really well equipped. The host was such a lovely guy - extremely helpful and thoughtful and communicating through this app was so easy and he responded very quickly to any message. Couldn't praise this villa enough.

Highly recommended

As a group of friends, we had a lovely few days in this beautiful house in Sirmione, only a few steps from the beach. Great and very caring host, Massaccio provided us with great tips and recommendations and was super flexible with the check in time. We strongly recommend the beach bar only 2 min from the house. Great place if you are travelling with a dog as the whole garden is enclosed with a fence. Very clean and cosy house and lots of comfortable garden furniture, perfect to chill in the garden. As the house is close to the garden we recommend to bring inscet repellent. Will definitely come again.

Wonderful villa located by the lake

We had a wonderful stay, the host Castellazzo was so helpful and welcoming. Great communication before arrival and during our stay. The villa had everything we needed and really clean and comfy beds and furnishings. It is located by the lake in a nice residential area, there is a beach bar nearby serving food and drinks. The bus stop is about a 5 min walk which will then take you in to Sirmione to enjoy the old town. Also number 9 bus stop will then connect you to travel on to other towns. The new town of Sirmione is about a 15 min walk where you will find shops, cafes, restaurants and the local supermarket. The villa also has 2 bikes that you can use and cycling is very popular in this area. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Beautiful Home in Excellent Location

This home was absolutely perfect! We stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment. The home is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood just steps from the lake. Dezenzano is just 10 min away and a definite must-see. We spent many days there enjoying the lake, shopping and restaurants. Old Sirmione is 5 min away with a stunning castle. We drove to Milan and Venice twice. Each taking about and hour and 20 min to get to. Very doable. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing with coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. We did plenty of both. Kitchen is nicely equipped with everything needed to cook up family meals. Our host even left 2 wonderful bottles of wine as a welcome gift. He was very easy to communicate with. Could not have asked for anything better.

Wir haben im Oktober einige Tage mit unserem Hund hier verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat eine gute Größe, liegt zentral und doch ruhig. Der Garten ist von einem hohen Zaun umgeben. Perfekt für Hundebesitzer. Ein schöner Pool, den wir leider aufgrund der Wetterlage nur wenig genutzt haben. Der See liegt direkt um die Ecke, man hat aber keinen direkten Seeblick. Ein Bäcker, Restaurants und ein Lebensmittelladen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Herr Castellazzo ist sehr freundlich und hat uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt.

Die Villa liegt direkt am See. Zudem ist das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt, was uns als Hundebesitzer sehr wichtig war. Der Pool im Garten ist klasse und das Interieur zweckgemäß. Probleme hatten wir kurzzeitig mit dem Internet, aber das konnten wir weitestgehend beheben. Einen Dank an dieser Stelle auch nochmal an den Vermieter. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war gut

Genau wie beschrieben und dich viel besser.Der Empfang durch unseren Hausherrn war sehr herzlich und er hat uns bis in Detail alles erklärt und gezeigt , Empfehlungen für Restaurants und die Umgebung gemacht.Sogar in zwei Weingütern ist er mit uns gewesen und hat auch während des Aufenthalts immer wieder Tipps per WhatsApp geschickt , nie aufdringlich.Unsere Hund waren auch sehr willkommen und haben den ausbruchsicheren Garten sehr genossen. Gleich am See und dem tollen Strand.Alles war sehr sauber und schön mit viel Liebe zum Detail, man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause .Alles da was man braucht auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, Vielen Dank nochmals das wir in diesem Haus Urlaub machen durften und so zuvorkommend betreut wurden.Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns in dem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Ein eigener Pool und dann noch der See direkt um die Ecke machen das Objekt wirklich zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Der Vermieter Herr Castellazzo war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Check- in und -out war unkompliziert. Ich hatte einen Hund dabei, der den Urlaub auch sehr genoss. Der riesige Strand vor der Tür war für Hunde erlaubt, auch im See baden war für ihn möglich. Im Haus ist eine steile Treppe, die für meinen schon älteren Hund (evtl. auch für Kinder oder ältere Leute) schwierig war, aber ich hatte, weil ich sowas schon befürchtet hatte, rutschhemmende Treppenauflagen dabei, dann ging es. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Das Haus entsprach voll der Beschreibung im Internet.Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu werden.Lage perfekt wie beschrieben 50m zum Strand, in nächster Nähe eine Strandbar in der man auch gut essen kann.Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.Leider konnten wir aus privaten Gründen nicht den gesamten Urlaub genießen und kommen deshalb im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Wunderschön

Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, die FEWO ist sehr gut gelegen, direkt am See in einer ruhigen und sicheren und schönen Umgebung. Die FEWO bzw. Das Häuschen ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Für Hundebesitzer ideal!

Wundervoller Urlaub

Es waren wieder wunderschöne 10 Urlaubstage. Der Pool gigantisch und der Vermieter wie immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Unsere Hündin Dolores genießt den eingezäunten Garten und fühlt sich bereits schon wie zuhause. Die Einrichtung ist für uns perfekt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr 2 Wochen gebucht. Dankeschön für einen tollen und für uns entspannten Urlaub. Eva und Peter Schmied mit Hündin Dolores
