Way too loud!

Our room was near the swimming pool and unfortunately also the elevators with NO sound proofing or staff attending to all the noise in the hallways. Others guests were extremely loud at the pool and throughout the nght. I had a 4 AM wake up for an early flight and it was sadly quite a miserable stay. We didn’t sleep well and left very disappointed overall. The Crooked Pint restaurant attached to the property was very good and that was a positive.

Reasons not to stay at this hotel… The list is longer than I would like it to be… There was hair in the shower, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, they were sunk in and no form to support your body. If you sat on the edge of the bed it felt as though you would slide off because the structure was so poor! The pillows were so overstuffed you couldn’t lay your head down on the pillow. Which led to not only a neck ache in the morning but also back pain. The tv did not work. When I called the front desk they sent maintenance to fix the problem. The man who showed up for maintenance told me the tv in this room never works. He finally got the tv to come on, but within the hour it was broke again. We could never get it back on during the rest of our stay. When I called the front desk the lady who answered listened to my concerns and then said I’m so sorry honey. And hung up. I checked out a day early. When I got to the front desk it was 12:00pm and the person at the front desk said “We will have to charge you as check out was at 11:00” unbelievable. I will never stay here again and I would recommend that you do not stay there either. On top of all of the above… I almost forgot to add: the walls are paper thin. We could hear laughter and people carrying on beside us and above us we could here footsteps of a youngster running around the room Do not stay here!
