Pool and hot tub were not functioning when we checked in and that was one of the key reasons we chose this hotel. Construction on I-29 made it tricky to arrive at the location from the highway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast did not impress.

Well the hotel room was not at all like you described them to be however the lady at the desk told me that they have informed you about the changes numerous times yet you still haven't changed the description, which I would also suggest you do since your description of very misleading

Expect nicer facilities from the Hilton brand

Pros: The staff.
The staff was more than helpful. Everyone was very, very nice and super helpful. I was just disappointed by the room. My carpet was torn and stained in numerous areas and there was mold in the shower. This room (if not all) are in serious need of a renovation / upgrade. It might be clean but it felt dirty.

Close to Hard Rock

The only issues were that one pillow had something gross on it, another pillow smelled like cologne (so obviously not washed) and the one toilet paper roll was not new but was folded in the triangle to make us assume it was new. The rest of the hotel was very nice.
