Great stay

We were passing through the area and stayed over night. The place was clean and as described. Being on the top floor, it was a bit of a haul to get up there, but it had a great view from the balcony!

The beds were comfortable, and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the sauna at the Clubhouse after a day of skiing. The location was also great. After some initial issues that were well resolved by the office - internet worked great, though cell phone reception is spotty. It's close to the bus Summit bus stop and some trails which makes getting around without a car easy. Enjoyed my stay.

Secluded. Pretty quiet. Smaller but still comfortable and functional. Everything worked. We arrived after dark and finding the right parking lot took a couple tries. Agree with others on the parking permit process. It’s a pain but at least they have increased it to 2 spots

Only advice I would give guests is follow warnings about registering you vehicle to not get towed or booted. We got booted and cost $145 to get boot removed. Not blaming the owner of condo. Was really great to get this for the price of a one bedroom, but it had a loft with three additional beds, so I didn't have to get too cozy with my buds. It was clean and comfy. Very responsive host.If I was to nit-pick, they could have had better pots and pans in the unit, and maybe a few staple items like salt n pepper. But yeah, it was pretty great!

I have used VRBO for many years and have generally had positive experiences, which made this stay particularly disappointing.Communication regarding parking registration at this property was unclear. Although parking privileges were expected, my vehicle was booted by the HOA and i was required to pay additional fees in order to regain access to the car and return to the airport. Clear advance instructions about parking procedures or, even better, changing the parking registration process would have prevented this situation.I also experienced billing which included charges that appeared to duplicate amounts already paid through VRBO. Resolving these issues during the stay was difficult, and responses from the property management team were limited.Future guests should carefully confirm parking registration requirements and review all fees in advance. Greater transparency and clearer communication from the property management company would significantly improve the guest experience.

Lightning was almost nonexistent, very cave like. Walls paper thin and 3 rd floor climb with luggage difficult. Otherwise, very clean and well stocked, reservation staff great.

Very nice condo

The place itself is very up to date, very clean, and very functional. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.As mentioned in other reviews though, the parking system is a junk show. We followed instructions to a T, it still failed, and we had to reach out to the property manager. I realize it's not in their control BUT the instructions need to be reworked where maybe the host is responsible for registering the client vehicle with the HOA. Again, we didn't have an issue BUT it added a bit of unnecessary strain.Again, the property itself was great, and we would stay there again.

stay on 3/31/25 to 4/3/25

On Wednesday someone entered the condo while we were gone to remove a cable box. We were not notified that this was going to happen. They also took 1 of the remotes. We thought we had misplaced it & looked for it for over an hour. My husband was about ready to call the police when I texted the mgmt team, that is when they told us someone had come in while we were gone. They should have notified us BEFORE they came in. Otherwise everthing was OK.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good but it required a larger vehicle to get up the hill would be terrible with lots of snow. Also climb to 3rd floor and distance from pool. Also had human or animal hairs on the bed pillows. Would be appreciated if top bedding was not the kind that is rarely washed. Rest of house was ok. Just beds did not appear to be the cleanest nor the actual apartment walkways and large climb up stairs.

Unreliable

We booked for the amenities and unfortunately the pool, hot tub, game room, etc... were all closed. The sign said closed today however the room looked in disrepair and I doubt it's been opened recently. Additionally the WiFi did not work at the property. While it was easy to get a hold of the property manager I doubt they did much being that the WiFi was never restored. All in all I highly recommend the town of silverthorne but would not recommend this vrbo.

Nice condo

We had absolutely no issues with our condo. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and was exactly as depicted on VRBO. However, The clubhouse and amenities were absolutely horrible. A water pipe burst at our building on the first day (which they fixed quickly), so we were told to use restrooms/showers at the clubhouse. They were filthy. The women’s shower had wadded up toilet paper in the corner which remained there the entire length of our stay. The clubhouse was filthy, the upstairs with fireplace was closed off, pool water was cloudy, no maintenance on arcade games and vending machines (only 2 games worked…everything else out of order), several washing machines did not work after taking our money, laundry vending out of order. If you are not worried about using resort amenities, it’s great. You will not have a complaint with the condo.

The only thig I had an issue with was that they only provided 6 towels for 4 people for 4 days so two of us ended up using hand towels to dry off after showers because we used a separate towel for the hot tub/sauna which got all gross and sweaty and you don't want to have to dry off with that. also, two of the women washed our long hair and didn't have a separate towel. I think they should have provided at least 3 towels per guest so that guests with long hair can have a hair towel, shower towel and hot tub/sauna towel. When I asked them if they could provide more towels, they said I had to drive all the way to keystone to do so so we just used hand towels. super annoying.

Treehouse

I would not bring my child back to this property. The banisters in the loft could not be up to code. My 2 year old could easily fit through them and fall to the first floor. I couldn’t relax because I had to constantly make sure she wasn’t going upstairs. Our bedroom door got locked accidentally and there’s no key to unlock it. Luckily we had a screwdriver in our truck to be able to remove the entire door handle. My 2 year old licked herself in the bathroom, again there’s no key to unlock this other door but luckily she followed our instructions to unlock the door. Again not a child friendly space. Only 1 of 3 hottubs were hot. The walkways to and from the hottub and car are poorly maintained and my elderly parents had a hard time walking on the slippery paths.

poor customer service

The place was nice for our ski weekend. However, one of the reasons we choose it was becasue of the pool. The pool was a 7 minute walk outside in the freezing cold, very hard to find. And, for a family of 5, we were only given 4 full size towels for showering and the pool. We requested more, and said sure, come to our office to pick them up, it is 20 minutes away. They also said they would bring more towels the second day, and they did not, stating again that we would have to drive 20 (40 minutes roundtrip) minutes to get the needed towels. The other issue we had was finding the place and figuring out how to get in. It was late at night, windy and snowing. We could not find the entrance and had to walk around the building in the freezing cold wind with our hands full, carrying our luggage with our children, it was pretty miserable. More descriptive instructions on how to get in would have been helpful. I would not rent there again.
