Relaxing vacation

We have stayed in this area previously. This rental is close to town so we can walk the wonderful path. Close to golf & anything else we wanted to do.

Fantastic property for our quick mountain getaway! We loved fishing right behind our unit and sitting in the hot tub at night overlooking the pond and watching the sun set. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. Great bonus that all the rooms had attached baths. We want to come back in the winter!

It was great being able to walk right out to the water and the views were stunning! The hot tub was great in the morning and evening and the home was clean and welcoming. Would recommend and plan to stay here again!

It was calm and peaceful. The view was gorgeous and we enjoyed the hot tub too. Everything was very neat and tidy. The hot tub was lovely. The condo was very comfortable and many things were so well stocked. We rented so I could attend a conference in Breckenridge, and it was an easy and pleasant commute. I hope to rent again in the future! Additionally, the Summit Rental Group was extremely responsive to the few questions we had. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the property.I highly recommend it for location, quiet neighborhood, privacy and value.

Great views, great property, great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we've stayed at this location and we loved it as much as the first. We're looking at booking again for next summer or fall. The home is always clean and tidy with plenty of towels and necessary items. The one thing I would mention is the bed in the master may need to be replaced or looked at - it seems to have developed a plateau in the middle and then slumps down on either side making for a bit of a rough night's sleep. Other than that, walking out to the lake is great, as is the hot tub and the space. We've stayed there twice so far and I anticipate it'll be a yearly tradition for our friend group!
