"The desk clerk who facilitated our check-in was particularly helpful. Her name is Stephanie.
One minor complaint: the room was a bit on the dark side, i.e., we would have found another lamp on the side of the room away from the bed useful. Other than that the room was perfect."

"Pet free room is truly pet free. I have asthma, and if a dog or cat had been in room, I would have had a bronchial asthma attack, and needed urgent care. As it is, the room is clean and healthy for me. Suggest you have a “no pets” policy, and definitely confine pets to bottom floor."
