Disappointed at management company
Few disappointments about this property:
* Although roof-top grill is depicted in picture, it was not made available for us even though it was stored in the garage. Roof-top was dirty and furniture broken.
* Made multiple requests for coffee pods and detergent, but it was never delivered as promised multiples times. For check-out, management insists on guests cleaning used beach towels but, no detergents were made available...again, as promised and written.
* Next door neighbor was confrontational in directing us to remove cars out of our drive-way for his convenience...very unfortunate confrontation.

Great location
The property was in a great location. It needs a lot of updating, especially the carpet and bathrooms. The condo is very spacious. The rooftop has an amazing view but unfortunately it is not kept well. The stairs are not to code so be careful when you walk up. But the bottom line is that this place is very close to all the restaurants, and a hop skip, and a jump away from the beach!
