Relaxing getaway
We had a wonderful time at Siesta Key and can’t wait to return! Villa 3 was an easy walk to the beautiful white sandy beach. Our place was well stocked with everything you might need, nicely decorated, and comfortable beds. We would stay here again!

Clean, Relaxing and Well Equipment
My wife and I rented Villa 3 during the week of November 16, 2016. The property was very clean and comfortable. We loved the cozy, quiet and family friendly atmosphere of the property. The unit has great access to the private area of the beach. Island House resort is located at the quiet end of the island, which made for a calm, relaxing environment to celebrate our anniversary away from the kiddos. We will definitely go back, but next time will likely bring the kids!

Nice but not overly impressive.
There were many things about the villa we liked: Proximity to beach, overall villa design, private carport, multiple TVs. The following were issues that we did not like: mold in the window sill of one of the baths, mattresses on twin beds were uncomfortable, no placemats, coasters, dishwasher seemed older and did not get dishes clean, broken vertical blinds in living room.

Beautiful property & great location
What a great place to stay in Siesta Key! Very well maintained and close to the beach. Easy to check in, well decorated and comfortable.
Jonny's Free Ride was great to get down to the village and there are a lot of options for great food and entertainment.
We had an excellent visit and look forward to going back in the future!
