Quick getaway

This property is wonderful! The unit is very spacious, beautifully decorated, and has a gorgeous view! I loved the screened/slider lanai. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely return to 4N!

We all very much enjoyed our stay at Island House. This was our second time and would love to come back. This unit was very clean and a lot of thoughtfulness in decorating it. The bench and shelves when you first walk in the door was very handy. The unit was comfortable as was the balcony. Spent many a morning out there. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to Hurricane Irma hated to loose a night but felt it was the best thing to do. I did not ask about a refund for the last night as I knew it was nonrefundable. But - it would have been nice. A great place to stay

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot!

We had a delightful week on Sieta Key staying at this perfect home-away-from-home! The view of the beach/gulf is amazing. It was nice to be on the second floor for better views than bottom floor. The sand is whiter than we've ever seen, and powdery soft. Their are plenty of lounge chairs on the beach, so you don't need to worry about going out and claiming one early. You can rent umbrellas and cabana-style loungers on site if you feel the need for that (daily or weekly rentals). More about the condo...it is beautiful! Pictures don't even do it justice! The coastal decor is light, airy, and very comfortable. Soft leather couches are lovely! The floors throughout are tile, but have the look of bleached, weathered wood...so pretty and functional! Beds were very comfortable with tons of blankets/throws available. The lanai has a nice table and chairs set AND a wonderful little sofa for lounging. Just a head's up...there are NO supplies in the kitchen for cooking...no salt, pepper, spices, etc. Also not provided is dishwashing liquid for hand-washing dishes. There were a few pods for the dishwasher though. Although this condo is on the 2nd floor, an elevator is available and very convenient (right next to the front door of the condo). There is a washer and dryer just through a couple of doors on the same level as the condo. We had a great time, and we would highly recommend this specific condo unit for your next vacation to Siesta Key! You get one

We enjoyed our stay at the Island House Beach Resort 4 North. Unit was upgraded and very clean. Only issue was the oven did not operate, but other than that we loved it and will be back.

Beautiful and charming

The unit was beautifully remodeled, very efficiently furnished and had everything our family needed for our week stay. The overall grounds of the property were very well kept and clean. We were very happy with our stay and eager to visit again next year.

GREAT. NO RAIN AND FUN

The only thing I would have liked to have was directions for the TV's., and a box of Kleenex. Traveling in the area was easy especially with IPhone directions. Large variety of restaurants that were very good. Shopping was easy to find. Beach sand like powdered sugar. We would come again.
