"Room was clean, breakfast was great, however staff acted very strange when we asked why the phone lines were not turned on. they explained they turned off the lines due to a chaotic environment, which prevented me from being able to reach them when I couldn’t make my reservation that day. "Would not stay here again. No free parking available outside as advertised so forced to pay for covered underground (small spaces, dark and dirty). The reception area smells bad and noises from Irish bar downstairs disturbed our sleep. The breakfast is not offered in the same location so rain or shine you must walk to breakfast location.
