It is a lovely family run hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable with air-con/electric shutters. The staff are always happy to talk to you, and they are very helpful with recommendations on places to visit/ restaurants etc. Parking is easy and safe right outside of the hotel on the street. The breakfast has a plenty of choice, also homemade cakes, very nice. We can't recommend enough for this hotel!

This was a very comfortable hotel, convenient for a visit to Montepulciano. We arrived too late for the hotel dinner, but went to a great restaurant within walking distance the staff recommended. Breakfast was the best we had in Italy. We found parking easily on the street outside. I wish we could have stayed longer! I would definitely stay again.

Hotel Due Cigni goes beyond our expectations. It's the cleanest hotel we have been to even in comparison to any five star hotels.
