The Red Tea is a spacious apartment featuring traditional cementine tiles and Tuscan terracotta floors, with high ceilings adorned with exposed beams and Art Deco painted details.

Located on the piano nobile, it offers two large, light-filled bedrooms with wide windows, as well as a welcoming and relaxing living area with TV, kitchenette and dining table.

You will also enjoy two generous bathrooms, both with showers, and private access to the shared garden. The apartment is equipped with all modern comforts, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, hairdryer, coffee machine and Wi-Fi. On arrival, you will always find a welcome hamper with a selection of herbal teas, biscuits and espresso coffee pods, to help you start the first day of your stay in the best possible way.

The restoration was carried out with a predominantly conservation-led approach, preserving the original details—from the furniture to the lime-based paint, beautiful for its subtly changing colours depending on the daylight. Doors and windows were reconstructed following the original design, with particular attention paid to insulation, in order to minimise energy waste and reduce environmental impact.
