I stayed here two nights ago and loved it! This little gem in Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ, is in the prettiest mountain town—reminded me of Lake Tahoe. The rooms were spotless and comfy, and instead of keys, you get your own unique entry code (so easy!). They have a 24/7 self-checkout marketplace with everything you might need, plus a cute pool, plenty of parking, and lots to do nearby. The best part? The staff! You can text them anytime and they reply right away with such friendly, helpful service. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff was great. When I booked the room the did not let the hotel know I was traveling with two service dogs. I thought i had paid when I booked but when I got there they said they had not been paid and they charged $20.00 extra for my dogs. Not disclosed to me on the Experian website

Great.

Clean, friendly, pool and hottub work and clean. It's nice that they have a mini market shop in the hotel. Jetted tub worked and so did the fireplace. Fireplace glass was hot. Nice tv has Netflix roku.

I rented a suite and it totally did not look like the picture. It was very old dingy and clean yes but we went swimming in a small pool. The brochure said indoor warm pool, but no it was super cold. The office employee kept walking around us, then she starts cleaning the pool while my girls were in the pool. She also started drilling something on the table near us, she kept walking around us like she was watching us. We felt uncomfortable, the place is very old.
