It offers 3 surfing beaches – Zenith Beach, Wreck Beach and the infamous Box Beach – as well as the calm, still waters of Shoal Bay Beach directly across the road. Enjoy free BBQ and picnic facilities along the foreshore and an array of restaurants, cafes and bars including the Game Fishing Club and the popular Country Club Hotel which is great for a quiet ale with friends. The Nelson Bay CBD and Marina are only 3km from the unit, where you will find dolphin watching cruises, boutique shops and a variety of bars and restaurants. There is also a 27-hole golf course and bowling club in Nelson Bay, and Wests Nelson Bay is only 2km away where you can enjoy entertainment, raffles and bistro meals.
Relax and unwind in this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, air-conditioned unit located directly opposite the pristine waters of Shoal Bay Beach and within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and bars. Watch the boats sail through the headlands from your private balcony to the side of the building which offers a Weber BBQ, outdoor lounge suite and water views across the bay towards Hawks Nest. The open plan living room has a 3-seater lounge with chaise plus a 2-seater sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and a solid timber 8-seater dining table. The equipped kitchen has been stylishly modernised and offers stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, oven, glass stovetop, microwave and plenty of preparation space on the granite benchtops. Plantation shutters feature throughout.
The bedrooms 1 offer a king bed (which can be split into 2 king singles), bedrooms 2 offer 2 x Single bed (can be change into 1 King bed), each room offer ceiling fan and built-in robe. One also has a 2nd flat screen TV and a private ensuite bathroom with glass shower and toilet. The main bathroom combined with the laundry has not been overlooked in the renovations and features a glass shower, washing machine and dryer, with a separate toilet.
Parking is available in a double carport.

As long as you can handle stairs …which were fine by us… this place is very clean, well equipped, and has a feel of ease & comfort. Morning sun on balcony is perfect for coffee & breaky & looking at water!
