It was clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. Close to beach and Nelson Bay. Spiral staircase was a bit difficult due to my recovery from cancer treatment but fine for anyone younger and fit. Lovely view and quiet.

The view was the best part of the property, lovely tree's & birds and 10min walk along path into nelson bay marina/ town. If climbing tight spaces / stairs a problem be mindful of the spiral staircase. Bed comfortable, blinds dont properly block the light so if sensitive bring eye mask. I thought I'd be able to cook but the induction hotplate didnt work, no blanket or throw rug for the cooler mornings. missing some of the personal touches and a little tired, but served its purpose.
