Partially renovated with a Spanish theme throughout, this cute two-bedroom house has everything for everyone including your beloved dog (outdoor only due to the soft tone furnishings throughout). Style, comfort, and luxury all combined to form the perfect holiday getaway for friends and families.
The open plan living/ dining area has a timber fireplace for those cooler nights and split system air conditioner and ceiling fan for the warmer months. Large smart tv with unlimited Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave and Smeg coffee machine (byo coffee beans).
Two bedrooms both with ceiling fans, linen and bed making provided, the bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity and there is an external laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
There is a large, enclosed yard which is perfect for the fur baby (outdoor only) and children to run around and a fantastic outdoor entertaining area with a gas BBQ facility. Parking is available in the driveway with enough room on the gravel section for boat parking. Shoal Bay boat ramp is only 320 metres away, so this is very convenient for location.
