The dining area offers seating for up to 8 guest perfect for a memorable meal with loved ones, while the cosy lounge room with a smart TV and DVD player waits for evening entertainment.
Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans to ensure a cool and pleasant sleep. Bedroom one is set up with a Queen Bed with balcony access while bedroom two has 2 single beds perfect for the kids.
Recognising the importance of practical amenities, 9 Adriana includes an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer. Park the car in the single lock up garage and wander down to all the attractions Shoal Bay has to offer. Long weekend away
Sadly the weather was terrible so not much to do. I was not overly impressed with the house. The main?? Bedroom had so many high uncovered windows sleep in was impossible. The house was well equipped and generally comfortable. Thanks

Need good renovations .
The view was excellent , but internal kitchen items was poor no dishwasher main bedroom bed shaking need new bad, no hair dry , need bigger smart tv, rusty balcony chair need plastic instead . Carpet need replacement , hot water shower terrible dripping can’t get proper shower!Dinning table good, lounge good, I hope owner will do changes!

Great view, close to water, spacious apartment
We enjoyed our stay here and would come again.
Not overly clean but not offensively dirty.
The place is dated but the location, views and price were fantastic.
Bring your own sheets and towels and it’s a comfortable stay.
The steps didn’t bother us at all.

,clean,roomy,comfortable,quiet,the only negatives were the 45 steps😥 and although there were plenty of fans an air conditioner would have made a big difference 😎
