A dog friendly property

This 3-bedroom retro beach cottage is an easy 300m walk to beautiful Shoal Bay Beach and shops. Soak up the sun and surf as you splash in the lovely calm bay waters, play on the sand, stroll the foreshore or even climb to the summit of Mount Tomaree for stunning views of the surrounding coastline.

This is a pet friendly property for those of you who like to bring the family dog along on holidays. There is a fully enclosed backyard and an on-lead dog exercise area just around the corner (please note that pets are not permitted inside the house).

Enter to the cosy lounge room with comfortable couches, a TV and DVD player and the dining area with a 6-seater setting. The lovely, bright kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a full size fridge - you can even play some tunes on the CD player or tape deck while you prep snacks for a day at the beach. Step outside to the enclosed, grassed backyard, with a picnic table, gas BBQ and space to run around.

Two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top). The bathroom has a bath (no shower) and toilet and there is a separate shower off the kitchen near the back door. The external laundry has a washing machine and second toilet.

Off-street parking is available for 2 cars, with one undercover and one open space.
