Staff was patient and kind. Good location for different food options, shopping and public transportation. Very spacious room. The room was relatively quiet even though there was a major construction project happening in front of the hotel. Loved the free laundry options (both washing machines & dryers) for hotel guests. It was a nice touch that you could track the timer of the laundry so you weren't wasting time guessing when your load was done. Appreciated the free coffee vouchers for the hotel's cafe. Only down side was that the hallways were a bit dark and rundown looking.

今次係第三次入住 亦都係體驗最差嘅一次,今次安排喺五樓,樓下就係垃圾站,經常有人掉大型垃圾好嘈吵 另外浴室行出地板有啲問題,經過時候非常嘈,尤其是夜晚去廁所嘅時候可以整醒另一位！之前有潤膚液今次冇咗！ 左邊床,被面有污漬！ 另外今次小君好似有啲問題,叫咗佢好多次都冇乜反應,要用手動控制 冷氣中途突然間試過一兩次自動熄咗！ 之前兩次入住都冇呢啲問題,希望下次再入住唔好再安排我住低層,同垃圾房樓上真係幾嘈！ 之前入住冇早餐,今次有早餐,中式比西式嘅好食,建議睇入住情況再安排食物,有啲食物真係放得太多,太耐火腿腸仔變得好乾！腸粉同粥幾好食！

A very nice and welcomed stay.

It was our second time that we stayed in this two years young hotel which we found it's truly worth our money the minute we checked in till we parted. All staff were very friendly and helpful in many respects, daily breakfast were very tastful and fresh. We'd highly recommend this hotel to all.
