It was located in a perfect location. Pool area was out of towels, ceiling was leaking by the pool. The mattress was the worst part. Everytime I rolled over you could hear the springs in the mattress making noises. The hotel otherwise was a perfect fit for our needs.

Our first room(174)smelled of urine and was not clean. I booked a suite and ended up staying in a standard room. No price adjustment was offered and when I inquired was told there would be none. Our second room had a pungent odor not as bad as our first room, but was gross(266). Very disappointed! Will not stay here again.

You were supposed to get housekeeping service after the 3rd day. We stayed 5 nights and no one ever came. Our garbage cans were full and I had to go to the front desk for new towels. I also had to get toilet paper, kleenex and soap from the front desk I mentioned to the front desk about housekeeping not showing up and I was told she would leave a note for management but nothing was ever done. We even saw housekeeping on our floor but for some reason they skipped our room.

We can bring our dog for $15 extra. There's a nice pool. Not a bad complimentary breakfast.
